Description

  • Own the reporting infrastructure that supports decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
  • Partner closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and performance insights.
  • Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
  • Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies, redundancies, and inconsistencies.
  • Standardize dashboards and reporting processes across verticals.
  • Build and maintain trusted data sources and end-to-end reporting from raw ingestion to final dashboard.
  • Develop complex LookML models or equivalent BI models in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Translate business context into accurate analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive adoption of reporting and help teams become more data-literate.
  • Serve as a proactive analytical partner who recommends actions, not just findings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
  • Direct exposure to performance marketing or affiliate marketing.
  • Expert SQL skills and comfort working with unstructured, complex data.
  • Experience building and standardizing reporting end-to-end, from pipeline to dashboard.
  • Advanced LookML development experience, or equivalent experience in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to work with messy, complex, third-party data.
  • Strong curiosity and business acumen, with the ability to ask the right questions before analyzing data.
  • Experience partnering closely with business teams to uncover trends and support decisions.
  • Ability to understand downstream impacts of reporting and data model changes.
  • Preferred mindset of a proactive analytical partner rather than only a dashboard builder.
