Description

  • Own the creator PLG strategy end to end, including the self-serve acquisition model, funnel architecture, and channel mix across Later Influence and Mavely.
  • Set annual and quarterly go-to-market plans for creator PLG, including goals, experimentation roadmaps, and success metrics.
  • Map the full creator funnel from awareness through onboarding and first meaningful action, identify drop-off points, and drive improvements.
  • Define the intersection of PLG and sales-led growth, including handoff criteria and shared pipeline logic with the Creator SLG team.
  • Own conversion rate optimization across landing pages, signup flows, onboarding sequences, and in-product activation touchpoints.
  • Build and run structured experimentation programs using A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, creative, offers, and UX.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to identify growth levers, reduce onboarding friction, and improve activation rates.
  • Develop and optimize paid and organic acquisition channels with a PLG lens, focusing on self-serve signup and activation.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Marketing Ops, Content, and Brand teams to improve measurement, attribution, and creator-facing messaging.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing creator PLG team and establish a rigorous experimentation culture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or PLG roles with ownership of self-serve acquisition and activation funnels.
  • Hands-on experience running structured experimentation programs, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and CRO.
  • Experience at a PLG-oriented company, developer tools business, consumer app, or creator economy platform.
  • Strong data orientation with comfort using analytics tools, defining metrics, and using behavioral data to prioritize experiments.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence in-product growth levers.
  • Proven ability to manage paid acquisition channels such as search, social, and video with a PLG lens.
  • Experience managing and growing a team, ideally in experimentation-driven, collaborative functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including presenting to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, creator monetization models, or marketplace dynamics is a meaningful advantage.
  • Experience with creator or developer community growth and an understanding of self-serve adoption in trust-based communities.

Benefits

  • $175,000-$225,000 OTE salary range.
  • Market-based and data-driven compensation approach with biannual compensation reviews.
