Description

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify underlying learning needs and shape effective solutions.
  • Design, pilot, deliver and continuously improve engaging, discovery-led learning experiences.
  • Own learning and development projects from initial brief through evaluation and refinement.
  • Maintain the Thrive learning management system, manage learning content and support users.
  • Monitor learning data and report insights on learning effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve the design, development and delivery of learning.
  • Facilitate learning sessions, including the Laminar Way series.
  • Contribute to a broad range of L&D initiatives and process improvements across the business.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, coaching, people development or consultancy.
  • Understanding of effective learning design, from needs analysis through creating applicable learning experiences.
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships, ask effective questions and communicate clearly for different audiences.
  • Ability to take ownership, make decisions within remit and work effectively through ambiguity.
  • Experience owning projects and improving processes.
  • Interest in learning technology and using AI to design and deliver learning effectively, with sound judgement on its use.
  • Experience with Rise 360 and a learning management system (preferred).
  • Experience facilitating training, workshops, coaching, teaching or knowledge-sharing sessions (preferred).
  • Experience working with varied stakeholder groups or in a consultancy-style environment (preferred).
  • Degree in Behavioural Science, Organisational Psychology, Educational Psychology, L&D or a related field (preferred).
