Description

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email.
  • Follow structured outreach sequences, call scripts, and qualification frameworks.
  • Engage prospects to understand insurance needs, coverage gaps, and eligibility.
  • Pre-qualify prospects by assessing interest level, decision-making readiness, and timing.
  • Book confirmed, qualified appointments for licensed insurance agents.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed daily performance metrics, including 100–200+ calls per day.
  • Conduct follow-up and reminder calls before scheduled appointments.
  • Communicate proactively with internal sales stakeholders about appointment status.
  • Manage reschedules and no-shows common in insurance sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, SDR, or outbound appointment setting roles.
  • Strong spoken and written English with the ability to speak confidently with U.S. consumers.
  • Solid objection-handling skills and the ability to guide conversations toward next steps.
  • Coachable and disciplined, with the ability to follow scripts and qualification guidelines.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong accountability and consistency.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, dialers, and sales tools.
  • Prior experience setting appointments that resulted in closed insurance policies is a strong plus.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated sales environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with insurance products such as health, life, auto, home, or supplemental coverage is preferred.
  • Prior use of CRM tools, dialing platforms, Google Sheets, Slack, or similar sales software is preferred.
