Description

  • Develop and manage Meta advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager across 25+ ad accounts.
  • Create ad copy and select visuals for compelling campaign creatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to improve results.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, recommendations, and strategy updates to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients on campaign goals, audience targeting, budgets, and performance expectations.
  • Ensure ad quality assurance, including targeting accuracy and correct landing page links.
  • Boost organic content on client pages to support engagement.
  • Install and configure Meta Pixels using Google Tag Manager (GTM) on websites and applications.
  • Troubleshoot pixel functionality issues and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Define custom conversions and build custom audiences and client lists for targeted advertising.
  • Stay current with Meta advertising updates and implement new tracking and campaign strategies.
  • Work closely with internal marketing, development, and creative teams to support campaign and pixel execution.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of marketing agency experience managing 20+ accounts.
  • 3-4 years of experience in copywriting and creative ad creation.
  • 3-4 years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta advertising campaign management.
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing role.
  • Experience managing Meta Ads Manager for multiple clients.
  • Experience with tracking setups, web campaign traffic analysis, and audience engagement metrics.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven campaign recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
  • Experience running video ads.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels such as Google Ads is a plus.
  • Knowledge of media buying, planning, and creative strategy on Meta platforms.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRMs is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Asana or similar project management software is preferred.
  • Experience with Canva for creative development is preferred.
  • Copywriting and editing skills are required.
