Description

  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for a portfolio of e-commerce clients focused on paid social performance.
  • Lead performance review calls, QBRs, and strategy sessions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations that support client decisions.
  • Own paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Develop campaign architecture, audience strategy, creative testing frameworks, and budget allocation approaches.
  • Apply paid search knowledge to support collaboration with the SEM team on cross-channel efforts.
  • Build testing frameworks that generate consistent learnings across social accounts.
  • Create the playbooks, processes, reporting standards, and onboarding frameworks for the social advertising department.
  • Partner with Project Management, SEM, and Accounts teams to ensure cross-channel alignment and a cohesive client experience.
  • Own paid social reporting, KPI tracking, and attribution framework development in collaboration with analytics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid social advertising experience, with Meta Ads required.
  • Working knowledge of paid search, with Google Ads required.
  • Experience managing both small and large ad spend budgets.
  • Proven track record managing direct client relationships.
  • E-commerce or D2C brand experience in an agency or in-house setting.
  • History of building or scaling a team or department.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Microsoft Ads is a strong differentiator.
  • Comfort working with attribution complexity, including blended ROAS and incrementality.
  • Experience building processes, playbooks, or department infrastructure is a strong differentiator.
  • Experience presenting strategy to non-marketing stakeholders such as founders, operators, or investors.
  • Agency background is preferred.
