Description

  • Own and scale Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from ideation through execution and optimization.
  • Manage multiple client and internal ad accounts simultaneously while maintaining performance accountability.
  • Handle monthly ad spend budgets ranging from $10K to $250K+.
  • Develop ad angles, hooks, messaging, and campaign concepts that improve performance.
  • Write ad copy aimed at improving CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Create detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, and content teams.
  • Lead creative strategy across static image ads, UGC-style video ads, video scripting, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Continuously test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily and make proactive optimization decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader business and revenue goals.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, frequency, and conversion rates.
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
  • Stay current on Meta platform changes, creative trends, and advertising best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook and Instagram ads at a high level.
  • Proven experience managing at least $10,000 per month in ad spend, with higher budgets strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing 5+ accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite.
  • Experience with pixel setup, conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence making data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Strong ad copywriting and messaging skills.
  • Ability to identify winning creatives and scale them effectively.
  • Strong understanding of direct response and performance marketing principles.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Reliable remote work setup with a stable internet connection.
  • Experience managing $100K–$250K+ monthly budgets is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with UGC workflows and video ad production is preferred.
  • Ability to brief creators and editors with clear performance-driven direction is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or creative automation workflows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Close CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-growing agencies or high-performance marketing teams is preferred.
