Description

  • Lead day-to-day oversight of client paid search programs, including strategy, bids, execution, budgets, accounting, and goal achievement.
  • Develop SEM plans and manage the activation and success of paid search programs.
  • Partner with account planning and analytics teams to align on client business objectives and media goals.
  • Present paid search recommendations, performance updates, and analysis to clients on a regular basis.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance against client KPI targets and baselines.
  • Stay current on paid search tools, interfaces, bid management platforms, and industry resources.
  • Research and develop tools, innovative tactics, and practical ideas to improve efficiency, optimization, and future growth.
  • Contribute to corporate initiatives, automation projects, process changes, and rollouts.
  • Build POVs, standard methodologies, and key process documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client peers to support integrated search campaigns and broader communications challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of campaign management experience in SEM platforms.
  • Experience with or enthusiasm for working in the healthcare vertical preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working in Search Engine Desktop Tools such as Google AdWords Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, and SA360.
  • Experience using bid management tools such as DoubleClick Search and Kenshoo.
  • Experience with 3rd-party tracking tools such as DoubleClick, Adobe, and Floodlight.
  • Understanding of strategy in support of different KPIs and business objectives, including CPA, impression share/SOV, and CPL.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors, including presenting ideas, analysis, and insights.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal teams and work well across different work environments.
  • Willingness to work remotely within the US or hybrid from a US office, depending on team and business needs.
