Description

  • Manage the end-to-end performance and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts.
  • Own paid media strategy, roadmapping, testing, and execution across multiple channels.
  • Lead and develop a team of Media Supervisors and Senior Media Managers through delegation, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact and escalation for owned accounts.
  • Partner with Client Service Managers and the Group Media Director to define client goals, priorities, and efficiency requirements.
  • Create reports, write insights, and communicate performance updates to clients.
  • Maintain and optimize accounts through bidding changes, structural updates, conversion adjustments, and copy revisions.
  • Drive strategic testing on a monthly and quarterly cadence across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion.
  • Increase billing and channel support for existing accounts and identify opportunities to expand media coverage.
  • Use AI tools and Power Digital’s Nova platform to improve workflows, analyze performance, and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of paid media experience.
  • Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with budgets ranging from $200K to $1MM per month.
  • Experience developing paid media strategy, media plans, competitive research, testing, and measurement frameworks across multiple channels.
  • Extensive campaign management experience across Google and Bing platforms, including Search, PMAX, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Video.
  • Experience with full-funnel strategy, lead generation, brand awareness, and incremental lift measurement.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and GTM; GA4 knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to write ad copy, guide creative strategy, identify asset requirements, and establish a creative testing cadence.
  • Client relationship management experience with reporting, insights, and optimization toward business goals.
  • Team management, delegation, and development experience.
  • Experience with AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem is preferred.
