Description

  • Develop and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral channels.
  • Identify, prioritize, and test growth hypotheses using frameworks such as ICE and PIE scoring.
  • Manage and optimize paid social, paid search, email, and SEO channels.
  • Analyze funnel data to identify conversion bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Own A/B testing across landing pages, advertisements, onboarding flows, and email sequences.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and creative teams on cross-functional growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on CAC, LTV, retention, and funnel conversion metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking growth metrics and experiment results.
  • Research and implement new growth channels, tools, and tactics.
  • Present experiment findings and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related data-driven marketing role.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with attribution and actionable data insights.
  • Experience running A/B tests and structured experimentation programs.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two acquisition channels, such as paid media, SEO, email, or referral marketing.
  • Ability to move quickly, iterate, and prioritize in a growth environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in SaaS, D2C, or ecommerce growth environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL, landing page tools, CRO, or customer lifecycle email programs is preferred.
