Description

  • Own full-funnel growth strategy across paid media, SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, ABM, activation, conversion, and revenue.
  • Establish KPIs, reporting, attribution, experimentation frameworks, and performance cadences.
  • Run structured experiments across channels, offers, messaging, and customer journeys; scale successful programs and stop underperforming ones.
  • Build funnel tracking and measurement infrastructure covering CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, ROI, and revenue contribution with RevOps and Data.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the existing SEA growth marketing team while setting priorities and performance standards.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies across paid, lifecycle, and SEO/SEM programs.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Data, and RevOps on ABM programs and commercial objectives.
  • Translate performance data, market trends, and customer insights into recommendations and executive narratives.
  • Own optimization priorities and demonstrate the relationship between growth investment, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Represent Momos at select field events and maintain consistent brand messaging across channels.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or full-funnel marketing at fast-growing SaaS or technology companies.
  • Experience building or scaling a growth function, team, or operating model.
  • Demonstrated ownership of CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, LTV, ROI, and revenue contribution.
  • Track record of running structured experiments using a test-learn-kill-scale approach.
  • Experience across paid marketing, SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, and ABM.
  • Experience managing and developing marketing talent and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, project management, and cross-functional alignment skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity across Pacific and SEA time zones, with occasional travel for field events.
  • Vertical SaaS experience, particularly in hospitality technology or customer engagement platforms, preferred.
