Description

  • Develop and execute partner recruitment, activation, paid placement, and optimization strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage high-potential publishers and partners.
  • Analyze performance reporting and translate data into actionable client recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and top partners.
  • Manage partner budgets and optimize opportunities for healthy return on investment.
  • Research, pitch, and secure approval for innovative partnership opportunities using data and projected ROI.
  • Adapt partnership strategies, address performance challenges, and constructively reset expectations when needed.
  • Maintain day-to-day communication with partners and contribute expertise on partnership models and client verticals.
  • Establish efficient recruitment and reporting processes and share best practices with the broader team.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of partnership or channel marketing experience.
  • Affiliate marketing experience required; exposure to content partnerships, AEO, or retail media preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate new business and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and pitching skills.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and develop data-grounded recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment in a remote environment.
  • Fluent Portuguese required; Spanish fluency also considered.
  • Must reside in Mexico City, hold a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, conferences, and events.
