Description

  • Design a wide range of visual assets for social media, digital ads, email templates, landing pages, presentations, and brand collateral.
  • Interpret creative briefs and translate them into high-quality visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and apply brand identity standards consistently across all design outputs.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, video editors, strategists, and account managers on integrated creative assets.
  • Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, A/B test results, and performance data.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work on time.
  • Organize and maintain an asset library for team access.
  • Stay current with design trends, platform-specific best practices, and emerging visual styles.
  • Prepare files for digital and print production as needed.
  • Contribute creative ideas to campaign brainstorms and strategic discussions.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience in a marketing, agency, or in-house setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work across multiple formats and brands.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for digital channels such as social media, digital ads, email, and web.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience with motion graphics or basic animation (After Effects, Canva Pro, or similar) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is preferred.
  • Experience designing performance-driven ad creative for paid social campaigns is preferred.
  • Knowledge of print production specifications is preferred.
  • Experience with video editing for short-form social content is preferred.
  • Background in e-commerce or D2C brand design is preferred.
