Description

  • Lead creative direction on brands and projects, working with brand teams and creative colleagues to shape strategy and delivery.
  • Develop and direct concepts for advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple media.
  • Maintain high creative standards and be jointly responsible for the quality and effectiveness of the agency’s creative output.
  • Present creative ideas and act as an authority on current creative thinking.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and champion collaboration across teams.
  • Mentor, supervise, and train junior and mid-weight creatives, including identifying training needs.
  • Constructively challenge the creative ideation process and inspire new thinking.
  • Support agency growth by identifying new business opportunities and suggesting new business initiatives.
  • Assist in ensuring the Creative Department meets performance targets and understands commercial goals.
  • Lead new business pitch work, including directing and presenting as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in a creative role within a recognized healthcare advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Ability to build a clear and compelling narrative through concept presentations.
  • Experience demonstrating mentorship, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in exploring new creative opportunities.
  • Understanding of multiple communication platforms and design tools, including video, PowerPoint, websites, apps, print, and immersive experiences.
  • Ability to provide creative counsel to brand teams and help improve ways of working.
  • Willingness to explore new and innovative creative solutions.
  • Experience taking a leadership role on brands and projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with colleagues.
