Description

  • Create and edit video content for social media and advertising campaigns using product assets, UGC, and existing resources.
  • Design graphic assets for Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, newsletters, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Generate images, videos, and creative content using artificial intelligence tools.
  • Publish and manage content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create briefs for UGC creators and edit received material into high-performing ads.
  • Support visual content and short copy creation for email marketing and SMS campaigns.
  • Participate in planning and execution of digital campaigns focused on brand visibility and growth.
  • Track content performance using metrics and indicators, and propose improvements based on results.
  • Adapt and repurpose existing content into multiple versions for A/B testing.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, and Design teams while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience creating content for social media, digital campaigns, or DTC brands.
  • Proven experience producing and editing video with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Experience creating content with AI tools for images, video, and creative support.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta formats and best practices.
  • Experience developing performance-driven content for advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret metrics and analyze content impact to optimize results.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Portfolio with real projects in social media content, ads, and video.
  • Formal education in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working with DTC, beauty, skincare, wellness, or technology brands (preferred).
  • Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (preferred).
  • Experience working with content creators (UGC) (preferred).
  • Basic copywriting knowledge for social media, newsletters, email marketing, and SMS (preferred).
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Kling, or similar (preferred).
