Description

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports for business functions including marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Analyze business performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design data solutions.
  • Translate complex data into clear visualizations and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor key metrics and provide regular reporting on sales, customer behavior, and operational performance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities using data-driven insights.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting tools.
  • Support the implementation of data warehouses and BI tools to improve reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and deep-dive studies to answer business questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Reporting, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends, outliers, and actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central (nice to have).
  • Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines (nice to have).
  • Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads reporting (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics (nice to have).
  • Understanding of business operations and KPI frameworks in eCommerce (nice to have).
