Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Transform complex datasets into clear visualizations that support business decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations based on data findings.
  • Work with multiple data sources and databases to extract, process, and present information.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams on data integration and reporting needs.
  • Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Optimize Tableau dashboards and reports for performance and scalability.
  • Document data sources, reporting methodologies, and dashboard logic.
  • Provide support and training to end-users to improve dashboard adoption and usability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases, preferably Snowflake or SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and structured data such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Fluent English at C1 level or higher, with daily interaction with US clients and stakeholders.
  • English-language CV required.
  • Experience with contact center operations and analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Looker is preferred.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is preferred.
