Description

  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email.
  • Follow a structured outreach process using Apollo sequences, call scripts, and qualification questions.
  • Pre-qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines.
  • Book verified, high-quality appointments for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate activity and conversation records in CRM tools.
  • Conduct high-volume cold outreach, including 100-200+ calls per day.
  • Follow up on callbacks and send reminder calls one hour before discovery calls.
  • Communicate appointment status updates to the assigned Account Executive before meetings.
  • Provide feedback on prospect responses to improve messaging and outreach strategy.
  • Be prepared to reschedule appointments when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in cold calling or SDR roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to engage U.S. business owners and executives confidently.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, objection handling, and relationship building.
  • Coachable and disciplined, with the ability to follow playbooks, scripts, and training guidelines.
  • Results-driven mindset with consistency, accountability, and strong performance habits.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Apollo, CRM systems, and communication tools.
  • Prior experience setting qualified appointments that resulted in closed deals is a strong plus.
  • Experience in performance digital marketing services is preferred.
  • Background in Google services, SEO, PPC, Meta ads, or website design is preferred.
  • Prior use of Apollo, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slack, or similar sales software is preferred.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm MST.
  • Willing to complete a 3-week probationary period with performance benchmarks and ongoing evaluation.
