Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external employees in Mexico.
  • Support onboarding, admissions, terminations, and resignations for external employees.
  • Process contracts and addendums and keep internal systems and controls updated.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure alignment with payroll processing and local requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR regional teams to keep onboarding forms and documents current.
  • Act as the interface between employees and Payroll for expense-related matters and policy guidance.
  • Manage electronic timeclock hours, timesheets, vacation, sickness, and maternity tracking.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day employee requests.
  • Report and escalate employee issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Build trusted relationships with external workers throughout their contracts.

Requirements

  • Background in HR or Employee Relations.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the required field.
  • Fluency in English and native-level Spanish.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Office 365, SharePoint, and AI tools.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Computer literate and capable of detail-oriented work.
  • Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, and trustworthy.
  • Strong empathy and high emotional intelligence.
  • Knowledge of Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru is a plus.
