Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, including AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees for consultations, hearings, negotiations, and termination outcomes.
  • Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities and audits with payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions, and other internal teams.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents accurately and confidentially.
  • Process offboarding in the internal HRIS and ensure employee exits are completed correctly and promptly.
  • Respond to internal and external offboarding queries as a subject-matter expert.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and support first-level employee relations cases.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and better customer and employee experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and provide practical recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for process optimization, automation, and best-practice improvement.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across multiple tools and evolving systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international, remote environment and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
