Description

  • Shape and develop TutTam’s product positioning for different audiences.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new feature and service launches.
  • Analyze the market, competitors, users, and product trends.
  • Conduct customer research and synthesize user insights.
  • Define the value proposition and key marketing messages.
  • Work with the team to improve activation, conversion, retention, and repeat purchases.
  • Contribute to user onboarding, CRM communications, and customer lifecycle activities.
  • Collaborate with PPC, CRM, Design, Product, and Sales teams on marketing initiatives.
  • Measure the effectiveness of feature launches and marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Work with product and marketing metrics and help form and test growth hypotheses.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Marketer, or Marketing Manager in digital products.
  • Experience with marketplaces or two-sided digital platforms.
  • Experience growing mobile applications.
  • Understanding of product marketing principles and the product lifecycle.
  • Experience with competitive analysis and market research.
  • Experience creating product positioning and value propositions.
  • Understanding of product metrics such as Activation, Retention, Conversion, LTV, CAC, and ARPU.
  • Experience working with product, marketing, and analytics teams.
  • Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in FoodTech, eCommerce, or HoReCa is a plus.
  • Experience building CRM communications and customer lifecycle marketing is a plus.
  • Practical experience with Customer Research, JTBD, or CustDev is a plus.
  • Experience working with startups or fast-growing products is a plus.
  • Understanding of ASO, SEO, and web/app marketing is a plus.
  • Experience launching referral programs, loyalty programs, or growth mechanisms is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or product analytics is a plus.
