Description

  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders from first contact through handoff of the final solution.
  • Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements to identify the actual business need behind requests.
  • Run discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with business users.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding functionality, delivery timelines, and platform limitations.
  • Prepare functional specifications, technical requirements, and AS-IS / TO-BE business process descriptions.
  • Break down requirements into user stories and tasks with acceptance criteria.
  • Describe integration scenarios, data flows, and interactions between systems.
  • Create role and access-right matrices for solutions built on Dataverse.
  • Collaborate with the development team on requirement clarification, planning, and backlog prioritization.
  • Perform UAT with customers, analyze defects, and verify delivered functionality against requirements.
  • Participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Maintain project documentation, knowledge base materials, and user instructions.
  • Analyze solution effectiveness and prepare management reporting on project status, risks, and metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in IT.
  • Practical experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience describing business processes and creating functional specifications and technical requirements.
  • Ability to decompose requirements into user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Knowledge of low-code platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Basic understanding of Dataverse tables, relationships, security model, and access roles.
  • Understanding of system integration principles, including REST API, Connectors, and Data Flows.
  • Experience working with SharePoint as a documentation platform and data source.
  • Hands-on experience with documentation and task management tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Planner.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Higher education in IT, business analysis, management, or a related field.
  • Fluent Ukrainian language skills.
  • Intermediate English (B1) for documentation and vendor communication.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on multiple projects at once.
  • Practical experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (preferred).
  • Understanding of Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder (preferred).
  • Basic SQL knowledge (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM approaches (preferred).
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar (preferred).
  • Experience in telecom companies or large enterprise environments (preferred).
  • Experience with ITSM solutions (preferred).
  • Experience writing user guides, training materials, and conducting user training (preferred).
  • Experience working with distributed teams (preferred).
  • Presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and scope management skills (preferred).
