Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
Analyze and model business processes and recommend improvements using Creatio tools.
Configure and customize Creatio applications using low-code and no-code tools.
Support the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
Work closely with developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure alignment.
Conduct UAT sessions and end-user training.
Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles.
Advocate for no-code best practices within the broader Creatio ecosystem.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or BPM systems.
1+ year of hands-on experience with the Creatio platform (CRM or Studio version).
Strong understanding of business process management (BPMN), CRM principles, and workflow automation.
Experience eliciting requirements, writing specifications, and facilitating workshops.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
Basic understanding of low-code development and Creatio’s no-code configuration tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Creatio Business Analyst certification is a plus.
Experience with Creatio Marketplace solutions or integration tools such as REST API and OData is a plus.
Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL and data modeling is a plus.
Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
