Description

  • Design, develop, and execute training programs and resources for the Extremities and Trauma product portfolio.
  • Create engaging, product-specific learning content that improves understanding and effective use of the company’s solutions.
  • Develop blended learning programs using in-person, virtual, and digital training formats.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and clinical teams to gather content and build learning materials.
  • Design interactive training materials such as presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops.
  • Ensure training materials are accurate, current, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on product messaging and training strategy.
  • Train, support, and coach sales representatives with on-demand resources and ongoing development.
  • Develop assessment tools, track training effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales training, or product training, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design, content creation, and program management.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with a track record of delivering engaging training sessions.
  • Knowledge of extremities and trauma product lines is required.
  • Knowledge of the spine market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) certification is a plus.

  • Pay range of $80,000 to $90,000 USD.
