Description

  • Own HubSpot pipeline management with strong data hygiene and reliable opportunity tracking.
  • Track follow-ups, next steps, and deal progress across active commercial opportunities.
  • Support qualification, disqualification, and pipeline triage to keep the funnel accurate.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and internal actions to maintain momentum in deals.
  • Support event follow-up, lead tracking, and clean opportunity handovers.
  • Prepare proposals, client presentations, briefing notes, and other commercial documents.
  • Maintain and organize sales collateral such as one-pagers, use cases, and proposal building blocks.
  • Coordinate with external lead-generation partners and track inbound and sourced opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline and sales status updates for leadership and commercial reviews.
  • Help refine internal sales workflows and strengthen process discipline.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, business development support, or commercial coordination.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Confidence using Apple Keynote and other tools for polished client-facing materials.
  • Comfortable using project and coordination tools such as Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with Apollo or similar lead-generation/contact management tools is a plus.
  • Practical use of GenAI tools to speed up drafting, structuring, and summarizing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong follow-up discipline.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working in process-driven environments.
  • Experience supporting proposals, decks, and other client-facing commercial materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
