Description

  • Provide weekly show plans for all scheduled Live Commerce events based on the prior week’s performance.
  • Coordinate stock requirements and forecasts for Live Commerce broadcasts to support product availability.
  • Work with the Live Commerce team to confirm product line-ups, promotions, and other stock-related needs.
  • Assist the Operations team with stock-related issues and inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate stock records across internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile stock allocations after live commerce events and investigate stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure stock levels in the ERP system are accurate by requesting product counts and making adjustments where needed.
  • Support basic reporting on live commerce product performance and stock usage.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Operations teams to coordinate replenishment and communicate inventory plans.
  • Maintain clear stock tracking processes and support workflow improvements as the function scales.

Requirements

  • Experience in stock coordination or inventory management.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work full-time aligned with UK business hours.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to manage spreadsheets and inventory records.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes consistently.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms, dashboards, and e-commerce systems.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online product listings.
  • Experience with NetSuite or other inventory/ERP systems is desirable.
  • Experience working in e-commerce operations is desirable.
  • Familiarity with live commerce, livestream retail, or digital sales events is desirable.
  • Experience working remotely with international teams is desirable.
  • Basic data analysis or reporting experience is desirable.
