Description

  • Identify and prioritize manual or inefficient processes across departments for automation.
  • Design, build, and maintain Claude-powered automations that deliver measurable time and cost savings.
  • Develop multi-step workflows in n8n that integrate AI with existing business systems and tools.
  • Design and implement agent-based architectures for complex multi-stage business processes.
  • Build and maintain reusable prompt templates, Claude Projects, custom skills, and automation patterns.
  • Create training materials and deliver structured AI upskilling programmes across the business.
  • Provide one-to-one coaching and self-serve resources to help teams use AI independently.
  • Develop and refine prompting strategies to improve output quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • Research new AI tools and contribute to the business AI adoption roadmap and build-vs-buy decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, customer service, e-commerce, and systems/data teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping production web applications using AI-accelerated development.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Claude Code, plus strong knowledge of Claude Chat and Cowork.
  • Strong Supabase experience, including Postgres data modelling, Row Level Security, and edge functions.
  • Experience deploying and running Next.js applications on Vercel.
  • Disciplined GitHub workflow, including branching, pull requests, and preview/production environment management.
  • Experience building and operating n8n workflows with APIs, webhooks, and error handling.
  • Ability to read and reason about code in TypeScript and SQL, even when AI generates most of it.
  • Ability to produce Technical Design Documents covering architecture, data model, and security.
  • Experience designing agent-based workflows, including sub-agents and orchestration agents.
  • Comfort working with APIs, JSON, and Agile delivery practices.
  • Strong prompt engineering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to create documentation and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Self-directed working style, able to work remotely aligned with UK business hours.
  • Curiosity and a bias toward continuous improvement in the evolving AI landscape.
  • Formal software development background, NetSuite experience, Patchworks experience, MCP familiarity, other AI platform experience, Shopify experience, e-commerce operations knowledge, or D2C/multi-brand retail experience are desirable.
