Description

  • Build and maintain Alpaca Connect experiences using TypeScript, React, and Go.
  • Improve application onboarding, testing, compliance review, approval, publishing, and management workflows.
  • Convert manual support and compliance processes into clear, auditable self-service workflows.
  • Design APIs and integrations across identity, account, trading, and market data systems.
  • Own features from design through production deployment.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Compliance, Support, Partnerships, and Platform teams.
  • Contribute to the team's technical direction and product architecture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building production full-stack applications.
  • Strong TypeScript and React skills.
  • Experience with Go or another modern backend language.
  • Strong SQL and relational database skills, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • Experience designing REST APIs and integrating distributed services.
  • Experience with OAuth, OIDC, or similar authorization systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver secure, user-facing features end to end.
  • Clear communication and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience with developer platforms, partner portals, or marketplaces preferred.
  • Experience with compliance workflows, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, observability, financial markets, or distributed teams preferred.
