Description

  • Adapt sales strategies to market conditions and business drivers that affect long-term commercial plans.
  • Use internal resources to monitor competitive activity and industry trends.
  • Evaluate and adjust pricing within accounts to support profitable collaboration.
  • Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts aligned with market demand.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
  • Track profitability against budget and analyze monthly financial performance.
  • Negotiate and manage multi-year contractual agreements.

Requirements

  • Must live within 100 miles of one of the listed locations: Boston, MA; Syracuse, NY; Phoenix, AZ; Houston, TX; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Starkville, MS; Milwaukee, WI; or Lake Geneva, WI.
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder; no current or future visa sponsorship required.
  • 3–5 years of corrugated packaging sales experience.
  • For box locations, experience in capital equipment sales is required.
  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong presentation skills for internal and client-facing communication.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record in commission-driven sales roles.
