Description

  • Evaluate clients' insurance needs related to towing operations and roadside assistance services.
  • Recommend appropriate coverage options for tow truck businesses, including liability, physical damage, and garage keeper's insurance.
  • Assist customers with insurance applications and supporting documentation.
  • Negotiate policy terms with underwriters to secure competitive coverage and premium rates.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the towing industry and related insurance regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support.
  • Stay current on industry trends, insurance products, and market conditions.
  • Resolve billing issues, claims, and other client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an insurance agent, preferably in commercial or automotive insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products relevant to towing operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assess risk and make informed decisions about coverage.
  • Proficiency with insurance management software and CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills for working with clients and underwriters.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Valid insurance license in the appropriate jurisdiction.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
