Description

  • Maintain and grow customer relationships as a self-motivated, outgoing professional.
  • Provide technical sales support with a strong customer focus.
  • Manage a sales territory with daily travel throughout the assigned region.
  • Drive new business growth while retaining and developing existing accounts.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and support company growth.
  • Apply mechanical and technical expertise to water treatment, water chemistry, and fluid process control opportunities.
  • Manage mid-market and large accounts and work to exceed sales goals.
  • Demonstrate collaboration with internal teams and customers to support solutions and service delivery.
  • Represent the company in a fiduciary and sales capacity within the territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with Mechanical or Environmental preferred.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in commercial or industrial markets.
  • Experience with industrial systems, manufacturing processes, high/low-pressure systems, or water treatment is required.
  • Strong foundation in mechanical engineering, chemistry, automation, and system design.
  • Must reside within 55 minutes of the Rochester, MN area.
  • Ability to travel to accounts within the territory, including driving 3+ hours per day.
  • Solid work history with a proven track record of success.
  • Must be a US citizen or hold a green card.
  • Experience with water treatment, water chemistry, or fluid process control is preferred.
  • Potential interest in future regional manager or sales manager opportunities is a plus.
