Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners reselling KnowBe4 products across the Northeast region.
  • Develop and execute a regional territory plan that prioritizes partners by opportunity, coverage, and growth potential.
  • Engage partner executives onsite to strengthen relationships, secure buy-in, and advance strategic initiatives.
  • Develop joint business plans with priority partners covering sales, marketing, enablement, and certification goals.
  • Deliver on-site sales trainings, enablement sessions, and floor days to support partner sellers.
  • Create and run custom partner events such as lunch-and-learns, executive briefings, and joint customer events.
  • Champion incentive, SPIFF, and rebate programs across the region and own participation and ROI results.
  • Drive deal registrations, partner-sourced pipeline, and closed-won business against assigned targets.
  • Align regional KnowBe4 sales teams with partner counterparts through account mapping and coordinated engagement.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners as needed to support growth.
  • Collaborate on joint marketing efforts and direct partners to use the partner portal and demand generation tools.
  • Monitor partner performance, forecast results, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com.
  • Ensure partner compliance with agreements and rules of engagement.
  • Travel extensively throughout the Northeast region to partner offices, events, and KnowBe4 meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with channel sales required.
  • Experience managing a multi-partner territory or region is strongly preferred.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Boston metro area.
  • Must be able to demonstrate sales aptitude and work in a highly results-oriented company.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales, including regional VARs and national partner branch structures.
  • Experience driving partner results through incentive, SPIFF, and rebate programs.
  • Strong territory planning and prioritization skills across a multi-partner portfolio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and training delivery skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong collaborative, analytical, strategic, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and position the KnowBe4 proposition accordingly.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and quickly understand partner needs and pain points.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more throughout the assigned region.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field.
