Description

  • Lead, coach, and scale the Enterprise Customer Success team.
  • Own team production targets across daily, weekly, and quarterly retention and growth goals.
  • Guide and track expansion initiatives, including upsell identification and execution.
  • Run high-impact Executive Business Reviews that demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for critical account issues and complex technical customer problems.
  • Support contract negotiations to help secure strong retention outcomes.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and dashboards and refine operational processes as needed.
  • Build a high-accountability team culture and manage performance, success plans, hiring, promotions, and discipline recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an enterprise leadership, team lead, or management role in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS subscription model.
  • Highly technical SaaS background with the ability to learn multi-product ecosystems quickly.
  • Experience driving Gross Dollar Retention, Net Dollar Retention, Logo Retention, and Expansion/Upsell outcomes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A curious, approachable, and high-energy leadership style.
  • Direct experience or strong familiarity with cybersecurity, corporate security awareness, or security culture development (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise CRMs and Google Workspace (preferred).

  • Compensation range of $110,000 to $130,000 including base, bonuses, and commissions.
