Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multi-agent implementations for enterprise customers.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to define success criteria, scope agent builds, and create delivery plans.
  • Lead technical discovery to map customer support taxonomies and align the system’s routing logic to real business needs.
  • Design, describe, configure, launch, and iterate on specialized agents.
  • Translate business rules into structured Procedures and Guidance for agents.
  • Set up, test, and validate Custom Tools that connect the AI platform to external systems such as Shopify, ERPs, CDPs, loyalty platforms, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
  • Use simulation, telemetry, and tracing to test agents for performance, safety, compliance, and scalability.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during high-stakes engagements.
  • Build reporting frameworks that track deflection, resolution quality, and operational impact.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to identify platform gaps and improve delivery standards, templates, and processes.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as solutions architecture, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or similar.
  • Experience operating autonomously at a Sr. Manager or Director equivalent level.
  • Track record of delivering production-grade enterprise solutions with structured execution, testing, and iteration.
  • Experience working directly with senior technical stakeholders, VP-level Support/CX leaders, and IT Operations in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical foundation in APIs and integrations, including REST, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Hands-on experience building custom tools that connect an LLM to bespoke backend systems.
  • Experience configuring and integrating enterprise platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Shopify, and ERPs.
  • Understanding of agentic AI fundamentals, including the difference between deterministic chatbots and LLM-powered multi-agent systems.
  • Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
  • Ability to speak in support and CX metrics such as deflection, resolution rates, cost-to-serve, CSAT, NPS, and QA frameworks.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into deterministic implementation plans and delivery timelines.
  • Clear communication skills for explaining AI reasoning, hallucinations, and tool-calling sequences to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented working style with strong ownership and comfort in fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to balance speed with rigor using simulations and tracing to maintain safety, compliance, and reliability.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI’s Agent SDK, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks (nice to have).
  • Strong product instincts and ability to define success metrics and contribute to roadmap discussions (nice to have).
  • Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent hands-on technical experience (nice to have).
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

  • Base salary range of $168,000 to $252,000 USD for US locations.
