Description

  • Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end, from scoping and delivery planning through implementation and adoption.
  • Lead consultative conversations with customers to clarify business objectives, identify risks, and turn outcomes into technical implementation plans.
  • Define and help author Statements of Work that specify scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Serve as the owner for key technical phases of customer projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to agreed outcomes.
  • Build stakeholder relationships across customer, sales, customer success, and partner teams to maintain visibility and momentum.
  • Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans to keep enterprise projects on track.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on the Klaviyo platform and broader martech ecosystem, including data models, integrations, Email, SMS, and CDP use cases.
  • Translate customer business goals into technical and operational solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Educate and enable internal teams and customer stakeholders on complex questions, best practices, and tradeoffs.
  • Contribute to repeatable solutions, process improvements, and internal product and engineering feedback loops.
  • Maintain operational hygiene by keeping project status, risks, and timesheets up to date.
  • Design, prototype, and troubleshoot technical solutions for internal and external projects while mentoring peers and influencing senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, implementation, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Track record of leading enterprise-level projects or solutioning.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across diverse teams and departments in complex, often global, environments.
  • Ability to articulate how Professional Services accelerate time to value and business impact.
  • Strong balance of technical depth and commercial clarity when scoping engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with modern web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with general-purpose programming languages such as Node or Python, with the ability to learn new languages quickly.
  • Strong understanding of the martech landscape, including Email, SMS/Mobile, and CDP use cases.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrating SaaS platforms into complex enterprise tech stacks.
  • Experience acting as a technical advisor or architect for complex implementations, especially in martech, CDP, or B2C CRM contexts.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and virtual communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to drive solutions forward autonomously.
  • Commitment to operational rigor, including status updates, risk tracking, and time tracking without reminders.
  • Interest in mentoring others and contributing to team-level execution and enablement.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools and workflows, with an interest in using AI responsibly to improve work efficiency.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $112,000 to $168,000 USD for US locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Potential equity as part of the total compensation package.
