Description

  • Set and evangelize a 2–3 year vision for Klaviyo’s Enterprise platform.
  • Translate company goals into clear OKRs and product roadmaps that drive Enterprise adoption, retention, and ARR growth.
  • Represent the voice of large, global customers in strategic product discussions.
  • Own product areas that unify customer data, power AI-driven automation, and expand ecosystem integrations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product, Go-to-Market, and Partner teams to deliver enterprise experiences.
  • Lead roadmap reviews, facilitate strategic tradeoffs, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
  • Coordinate enterprise commitments across RFP support, security reviews, onboarding, and long-term customer success.
  • Drive product transformation by putting AI at the center of workflows and operating models.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience with significant exposure to Enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven success leading enterprise-grade or platform products such as CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics, data infrastructure, or AI-driven systems.
  • Direct experience supporting large enterprise customers, including Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying criteria, including trust, compliance, scalability, configurability, integrations, and roadmap credibility.
  • Hands-on experience partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on enterprise deals.
  • Ability to discuss system architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, data flows, and security standards with engineering teams.
  • Experience with complex data infrastructure, distributed systems, or significant integration dependencies.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead across Product, Engineering, GTM, Security, and Legal without direct authority.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to align diverse teams around shared priorities.
  • Hands-on experimentation with AI in work or personal projects and enthusiasm for learning new AI tools and workflows.
  • Experience with RFP support, security reviews, or enterprise onboarding is implied by the role and would be valuable.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $196,000 to $294,000 USD for U.S. locations.
  • Participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity as part of the total compensation package.
  • Potential sign-on payments.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits, subject to eligibility.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required for onboarding, customer or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
