Description

  • Lead product marketing strategy for Klaviyo’s Marketing, Data Platform, and AI portfolio.
  • Own positioning and messaging for Klaviyo Marketing across AI, omnichannel automation, and the full channel suite.
  • Partner with Product Managers, GTM teams, the field, and market stakeholders to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Develop Klaviyo’s point of view on AI in marketing and establish the company as a thought leader in B2C marketing.
  • Launch new features and products into market, including net-new channels and agentic AI capabilities.
  • Build core sales and marketing assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and enablement trainings.
  • Support Sales in strategic deals requiring deep product expertise and understanding of B2C customer needs.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of product marketers using AI-powered workflows.
  • Create frameworks and playbooks for the team while adapting quickly when custom approaches are needed.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing roles.
  • 5+ years of direct people management and coaching experience for individual contributors.
  • Experience marketing to marketing buyers is preferred.
  • Strong perspective on AI and how it changes marketing team workflows and buyer needs.
  • Ability to own a broad product portfolio spanning marketing, platform, and AI.
  • Experience creating differentiated positioning and messaging in a crowded market.
  • Willingness to do hands-on execution work such as messaging and pitch decks.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketing automation software is a major plus.
  • Experience marketing AI products or agentic software is a strong differentiator.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $224,000 to $336,000 USD for US locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity as part of the total compensation package.
  • Sign-on payments may be included.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits, subject to eligibility.
  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
