Description

  • Lead the commercial strategy for the Real World Data business, including revenue targets, market segmentation, growth identification, and multi-year planning.
  • Define and execute segment strategies for life sciences customers, payers, providers, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Own commercialization planning for new products, add-ons, and expansions across the Real World Data portfolio.
  • Lead build/buy/partner evaluation and M&A analysis to identify inorganic growth opportunities.
  • Own go-to-market readiness and launch execution, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and enablement for customer-facing teams.
  • Establish repeatable commercialization playbooks, portfolio governance, and operating cadences from product definition through post-launch performance.
  • Lead quarterly portfolio planning and maintain a clear plan of record across Product, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Own pricing strategy and support deal-level pricing decisions for complex or strategic opportunities.
  • Lead voice-of-customer programs, market research, and competitive intelligence efforts to inform roadmap and commercial decisions.
  • Monitor commercial performance and executive KPIs, and present business plans, insights, and growth recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare data and analytics, life sciences data, or enterprise SaaS with a focus on commercial strategy, go-to-market, or revenue growth.
  • Deep domain expertise in real world data markets, including closed claims, open claims, EHR data, and clinical notes.
  • Direct experience commercializing or deploying RWD solutions for life sciences customers is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success defining and executing revenue growth strategies in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong understanding of the RWD regulatory and policy landscape, including FDA RWE guidance, CMS data programs, and data use/privacy frameworks.
  • Proven ability to translate market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive dynamics into differentiated commercial strategies and GTM plans.
  • Experience with inorganic growth strategy, including build/buy/partner evaluation, M&A analysis, or strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with experience influencing senior leaders and representing the company externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Financial and operational acumen, including understanding of revenue, pipeline, pricing economics, and retention dynamics.
  • BA or BS degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • Master’s degree such as an MBA or relevant technical graduate degree preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; the role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 35%.
