Description

  • Own product positioning and messaging across Path’s products and capabilities, including core market narratives.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy for product launches, feature releases, and market expansion.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success on launch and messaging execution.
  • Create high-quality content such as white papers, case studies, application guides, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Build and refine sales enablement materials including battle cards, competitive analysis, objection handling guides, ROI frameworks, pitch decks, and demo scripts.
  • Develop competitive intelligence across traditional automation, robotics companies, and manual welding operations.
  • Define buyer personas and map the buyer journey for technical audiences.
  • Partner with sales to understand deal dynamics, win/loss patterns, and pipeline impact opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a B2B company or in an industrial/manufacturing technology environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear narratives.
  • Experience with product launches, competitive positioning, and sales enablement in a technical product environment.
  • AWS CWI or CWE certification (preferred).
  • Experience with robotic welding or automation systems (preferred).
  • Background in applications engineering, technical sales, or product marketing at a manufacturing technology company (preferred).
  • Experience building ROI models or business case analyses (preferred).
  • Familiarity with heavy fabrication, shipbuilding, structural steel, or defense manufacturing (preferred).
  • Working understanding of AI/ML concepts (preferred).
