Description

  • Develop customer-centric product positioning, messaging, and campaign themes.
  • Translate complex scientific and technical features into clear, benefit-driven value stories for target audiences.
  • Define and validate differentiated value propositions and unique selling points against the competitive landscape.
  • Lead global go-to-market strategy planning for new product introductions.
  • Set launch goals, timelines, and deliverables to ensure commercial readiness.
  • Partner with Product Management and Integrated Marketing to align roadmap priorities and operationalize launches.
  • Develop sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, landscape comparisons, and objection-handling materials.
  • Design and deliver training for field and channel teams on product value and positioning.
  • Synthesize market research, customer insights, and voice-of-customer feedback to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market feedback to optimize positioning and commercial programs.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or segment marketing within life sciences or biotech.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and execute differentiated positioning and go-to-market strategies at the platform or portfolio level.
  • Deep capability in customer segmentation and synthesizing customer and stakeholder insights into action.
  • Deep understanding of single-cell, spatial biology, or advanced omics markets.
  • Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present complex information to executive leadership.
  • Outstanding, clear, and articulate communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership, curiosity, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
  • High-energy advocacy for customers, partners, and teams, internally and externally.
  • Local candidates preferred, but remote applicants will be considered.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $175,900 to $237,900 USD.
  • Eligibility for equity grants.
  • Comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs.
