Description

  • Build compelling narratives that clearly articulate Klaviyo’s value to top Global Systems Integrators and differentiate the platform from competing solutions.
  • Manage business development referrals and co-selling opportunities to and from GSIs.
  • Advise GSI partners on their business models, growth strategies, and how Klaviyo can support their growth and profitability.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Recruit, Sales, Marketing, and Product to maximize platform opportunities and resolve challenges.
  • Develop deep expertise in the business models, offerings, and ecosystems of Klaviyo’s top GSI partners.
  • Run internal campaigns to increase awareness of GSI capabilities and enable teams across Klaviyo.
  • Identify, qualify, and close joint sales opportunities with GSI alliance and sales leaders.
  • Develop and deliver partner training, sales playbooks, and joint value propositions for GSI sales teams.
  • Engage with GSI principals and industry leaders to build executive alignment and top-down sponsorship for Klaviyo.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SaaS account management, channel, and/or sales experience.
  • Experience supporting and influencing colleagues on cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDPICC.
  • Ability to build strong executive relationships and lead multi-threaded deals to closure.
  • Experience with or interest in responsibly using AI in work or personal projects, with willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders in complex partner organizations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
  • Experience in the GSI ecosystem or enterprise partnerships is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $142,800 to $193,200 USD for U.S. locations.
  • Participation in an annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation/OTE for sales and customer success roles.
