Description

  • Support Klaviyo’s mission to help creators and customers use first-party data effectively.
  • Contribute to building personalized experiences in ecommerce and beyond.
  • Collaborate with ambitious, cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality work.
  • Participate in new hire onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events as needed.
  • Travel up to 10% for business purposes when required.
  • Follow responsible AI practices during work and interviews, including privacy, security, and bias awareness.

Requirements

  • Base salary range for US locations: $72,000 to $108,000 USD.
  • Compensation is determined by job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
  • This role may require up to 10% travel.
  • Ability to adhere to Klaviyo’s AI interview guidelines and responsible AI expectations.
  • Candidates should be able to work in a collaborative environment and support customer-focused outcomes.

  • Preferred candidates may have experience relevant to sales or customer success roles, which may include variable compensation or OTE structures.
