Description

  • Conduct ongoing market and landscape analysis to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and emerging players across K–12 education categories.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to prioritize partnership and acquisition targets based on strategic fit, product alignment, and value creation potential.
  • Source and qualify potential partners and targets through industry relationships, conferences, analyst reports, and inbound interest.
  • Build business cases for partnership and acquisition opportunities aligned with Kiddom’s strategic priorities.
  • Lead structured diligence across product, financial, operational, and brand dimensions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership process from initial evaluation through contracting, launch, and handoff to operations for integration.
  • Serve as the coordination point between internal teams and partner stakeholders to support implementation and ongoing collaboration.
  • Host partner business reviews and define shared success metrics tied to adoption, revenue, and impact.
  • Maintain partnership and corporate development CRM/pipeline records with clear evaluation criteria, stages, and outcomes.
  • Support executive reviews by preparing analytical summaries and tracking partnership success metrics over time.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy consulting, or corporate development, ideally within the education sector.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with adaptability across different partner personalities and organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional workstreams forward with urgency, discipline, and follow-through.
  • Comfort operating with incomplete information and creating clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • Persistent, solutions-driven problem-solving approach with the ability to anticipate risks and remove blockers.
  • Demonstrated experience with market analysis, diligence, and deal evaluation.
  • Background in strategy consulting is preferred.
  • Experience in the education sector is preferred.
