Description

  • Communicate professionally with partners, clients, and internal teams in multiple languages and in a timely manner.
  • Manage email threads, messenger apps, and task progress across multiple titles and time zones.
  • Receive, organize, and share files and assets according to established standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and follow up on work assigned to designers, including monitoring blockers and delays.
  • Create, assign, update, and manage tickets in ClickUp based on schedule and project status.
  • Coordinate change requests, gather assets from developers, and confirm materials are ready to go live.
  • Raise awareness to other project managers and clients when risks, delays, or blockers occur.
  • Perform copy generation and native-language checks for ads in a designated language.
  • Quality check outgoing documents and materials before sending them to partners and clients.
  • Support a healthy workflow by keeping pace, maintaining composure, and helping the team produce quality work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience.
  • Native or fluent English is required, with TOEIC 800+ or equivalent.
  • Native or fluent Indonesian (Bahasa) is required.
  • Fluency in one or more Asian languages such as Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a strong plus.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Jira.
  • Proficiency using AI at work, including prompt writing, prompt refinement, and careful data input.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow existing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail for quality checking outgoing work and giving constructive feedback.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to creative discussions.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Previous freelance experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is preferred.
  • Experience in translation or localization is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the video game industry is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a creative agency is preferred.
