Description

  • Implement products and execute ACO initiatives under the direction of market leadership.
  • Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management workflows.
  • Ensure practices meet goals outlined in mutually developed Practice Transformation Plans.
  • Assist with training office staff, physicians, and providers on processes and technologies.
  • Provide ongoing assessment of practice and staff training needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives.
  • Support financial and quality performance across key performance metrics.
  • Listen to practice concerns and relay feedback to managers and leads to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be a resident of New Mexico or Arizona.
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university.
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in medical practice management may be accepted in lieu of educational requirements, especially with significant clinic administrative experience.
  • 3 years of experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical or practice management processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and team-building skills.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn additional software applications.
  • Ability to travel to practices up to 25% within the market.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods and use computers and keyboards extensively.

  • $60,000-$75,000 base salary.
