Description

  • Partner with Account Managers to manage a portfolio of customers and drive renewals and account growth.
  • Serve as the Helpshift product expert from the business user perspective and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Advocate for customer needs across departments and escalate product or service issues to the development team as needed.
  • Work with customers to define goals and key performance indicators that demonstrate business value.
  • Create and present quarterly business reviews with Account Managers.
  • Educate clients on best practices for SDK configurations, key platform features, and dashboard administration.
  • Run one-to-many success programs to improve customer outcomes based on product usage data and maturity.
  • Use data and customer context to resolve ambiguity and deliver outcomes for both customers and Keywords.
  • Prepare post-meeting reports and customer roadmaps with clear action items after quarterly reviews.
  • Support onboarding, identify upsell opportunities, and manage multiple projects and customer inquiries across time-sensitive situations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting game industry customers.
  • Experience managing 30–40 SMB and mid-market customers simultaneously.
  • Strong team player with high emotional intelligence and a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and business creativity with a process-driven, execution-oriented approach.
  • Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
