Description

  • Manage a portfolio of customers in partnership with Account Managers to drive renewals and account growth.
  • Serve as the Helpshift product expert from the business user perspective and act as a trusted strategic advisor to customers.
  • Advocate for customer needs across departments and coordinate escalation of product issues to the development team.
  • Work with customers to define goals and KPIs that demonstrate the value of Helpshift to their organization.
  • Create and present quarterly business reviews with Account Managers.
  • Educate clients on best practices for SDK configurations, key features, and dashboard administration.
  • Run one-to-many success programs using customer data and product usage maturity to improve outcomes.
  • Use data and customer insights to resolve ambiguity and deliver results for both customers and Keywords.
  • Prepare post-meeting reports with action items and build customer roadmaps for upcoming quarters.
  • Support onboarding, customer lifecycle management, and identification of upsell opportunities while handling multiple projects and high-priority inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting customers in the game industry.
  • Experience managing 30–40 SMB and mid-market customers simultaneously.
  • Strong team-player mindset with high emotional intelligence and a customer-obsessed approach.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and business creativity with a process-driven, execution-oriented approach.
  • Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
