Description

  • Manage customer implementations from contract signature through go-live, ensuring delivery is on time and within scope.
  • Review requirements, scope, technical dependencies, and customer objectives before delivery begins.
  • Create and maintain Statements of Work, implementation plans, and project documentation.
  • Lead kickoffs, workshops, status meetings, and go-live readiness reviews.
  • Gather and validate business and technical requirements with customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate customers, technical teams, and integration partners across implementation activities.
  • Manage system integrations, configuration activities, and technical delivery workstreams.
  • Track and resolve risks, issues, and blockers, escalating when necessary.
  • Provide regular updates and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
  • Support customers through go-live and the initial post-launch period.
  • Document lessons learned and improve implementation processes and best practices.
  • Share customer feedback, product gaps, and enhancement opportunities with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, professional services, technical delivery, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
  • Proven experience managing software implementations from requirements gathering through go-live.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and platforms such as CRM, ERP, DMS, or other business systems.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills across multiple workstreams and priorities.
  • Ability to work confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including risk identification and blocker resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including SOW and implementation-plan creation.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive delivery with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to remain effective in fast-paced environments, especially during go-live phases.
  • Automotive technology, dealership software, or SaaS experience is advantageous.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Academic qualifications are not required; candidates are assessed on experience and potential.
