Description

  • Lead technical discovery and solution design for strategic clients during late-stage sales engagements.
  • Develop implementation plans and coordinate handoffs to delivery and support teams.
  • Own technical implementation and optimization for complex client projects.
  • Troubleshoot advanced issues involving software, product data feeds, APIs, and FTP.
  • Deliver platform training and technical consultation to client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Mentor junior client success engineers and support knowledge sharing.
  • Create technical enablement resources, including webinars, videos, and documentation.
  • Represent client needs in product feedback and manage high-risk client situations through resolution.
  • Use AI to improve implementation planning, documentation, troubleshooting, automation, and enablement workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical SaaS role focused on enterprise onboarding or solution engineering; 5+ years preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Deep experience with XML, TXT, CSV, and JSON product data feeds and FTP protocols.
  • Advanced experience troubleshooting REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex client projects and changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to document processes and create technical training or enablement materials.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude to improve productivity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise clients or e-commerce, remote training tools, and project management or Agile/PMP certification preferred.
  • Additional language proficiency and an entrepreneurial, independent mindset are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
