Description

  • Manage a defined portfolio of customer accounts to drive renewal, retention, and long-term loyalty.
  • Build and maintain senior executive relationships, including C-level contacts, across assigned accounts.
  • Develop growth and retention plans in close partnership with Sales.
  • Work with customers to define critical goals and key performance indicators and support them in achieving those outcomes.
  • Advocate for customer needs and issues across internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the customer voice across Keyloop and align internal stakeholders around customer priorities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Keyloop’s products and value proposition to support discussions on upgrades and additional services.
  • Present business issues, performance metrics, and project direction to senior management.
  • Own Customer Success Plans and track associated goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed and support resolution of urgent customer issues, including outside standard hours when required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer success management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and also contribute effectively in a strong team environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain technical and business concepts.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they are implemented in enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives.
  • Experience with cloud-based enterprise software in a CSM role is a plus.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in French, Portuguese, German, or Dutch would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel.
